With knowledgeable and excessive experienced team in prosecuting and execution process, the service of ACS is covering the whole country‘s jurisdiction. Beside, with the support from the debt collecting service, any tasks employed can be finished within the time and need of the employer.
The quality system called LCSS (Legal and Collection Service System) has been implemented in order to provide full report control of the assignment for the highest benefit of the employer. In addition, other system called E-Doc (Electronic Document) and ILS (Integrated Library System) has been used to store both digital document and original document to the custodian room. • Prosecution process
Civil prosecution process is a prosecution process relating to liabilities arising from daily activities. In case of not be able to collect debt or settle the dispute with a compromise agreement between the party. The court process will be introduced as a last resource to end the problem.
Once the court accepts the prosecution, both parties need to attend in the court which holds jurisdiction. In addition to the costs, it also time consuming for carry out the continuity of the trail. Improper or insufficient clarify of the procedures can affect the amount of outstanding balance, which the court will judge for the creditor.
• Execution
Execution process is the final step of debt collection process by seizing asset, salary or both of them to make a repayment of the debt. In order to do so, it’s necessary to use government agent certified document for instance judgment, writ of execution, etc.
Execution process is considered as legal enforcement process. For asset execution process, this will starts from asset investigation until public auction process. As for salary execution process, this will be the process of freezing portion of the salary paid to debtor in order to repay this amount back to the creditors under judgment.
