ACS Servicing (Thailand) Company Limited (“ACS”) respect your privacy right and understand expectation of the Viewer/User that information (the “Information”) provided through this Web Site (the “Web Site”) by the Viewer/User should be protected from unauthorized or unlawful use. ACS therefore hereby announce the Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to which the Viewer/User of this Web Site shall be legally bound by. ACS reserve the right to revise any or all part of the Private Policy without informing the Viewer/User of the Web Site.

Disclosure of the Information

ACS shall take highest level of procedures to secure privacy of the Information. ACS may however disclose the Information to other person for purpose as indicated below (but not limited to):

• Disclosing the Information to collection service provider (in case ACS assign such collection service provider for collection procedure).

Duties of the Viewer/User

The Viewer/User is advised to follow as indicated below:

The Viewer/User shall keep User Name and Password provided by ACS as confidential and shall not disclose to other person nor shall allow other person to use User Name and/or Password to enter into the Web Site.

The Viewer/User shall change Password constantly and shall not re-use previous Password.

The Viewer/User shall not allow other person to know Password at time of entering into the Web Site.

The Viewer/User shall not use personal information, such as name, birth date, and/or telephone number in setting up the Password.

In case the User Name and/or Password is disclosed, stolen and/or lost, please inform to staff of ACS as soon as possible.

ACS shall not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from User Name and/or Password.

In any case, even ACS take highest level of procedures in accordance with policy set forth by ACS, the Viewer/User understand that entering into the Web Site is exposed to risk or damage which may be caused by being infected by viruses, such as Trojan Horse, Worm and/or unauthorized access into system and/or information. The Viewer/User is therefore required to install software for inspecting safety inside computer, protection of viruses and/or firewall in the process of accessing internet in order to reduce potential risk.

ACS may collect certain information at time of viewing and/or using the Web Site by the Viewer/User in order to analyze numbers of viewers or any other matter and/or to improve the Web Site for benefit of the Viewer/User.

Liability of ACS

ACS shall not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly (including special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage) from viewing and/or using the Web Site, especially for the case that information of the Viewer/User is stolen or hacked for whatsoever reason.
